TYROPITA 
PIE FILLING:

2 eggs
1/2 lb. ricotta cheese
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp. dried dill weed
1/2 lb. fillo dough
1 lb. butter, melted

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add the cheeses and mix well.

FILLO DOUGH:

Remove dough from box, measure 2 inches from end with a sharp knife. Unwrap strips, place waxed paper on top and place a damp towel over the paper.

Assembly: Take 1 strip fillo and lay on flat surface. Brush with melted butter. Place 1 tablespoon of filling on one end of buttered strips. Fold into triangles. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until crisp and golden. Better if served hot.
