VEGETABLE PIZZA 
Raw broccoli, diced
Raw cauliflower, diced
1 carrot, shredded
1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 can black olives, minced

Blend the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth and creamy. On a cookie sheet, place the crescent rolls into a square shape. Bake as directed. Let dough cool. Spread the cheese mixture on the cooled dough. Sprinkle with the vegetables and olives and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
