CHICKEN BREASTS MARSALA 
Boneless breast of chicken
1/2 c. Marsala cooking wine
Mushrooms, sliced
Garlic clove
Butter
Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Saute chicken in garlic butter. Brown on either side. Put in shallow baking dish (pie plate). Slice mushrooms and saute a couple of minutes in remaining butter. Add 1/2 cup wine. Simmer and pour over chicken. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
