SWEET POTATO PIE 
3 (9 inch) shells, unbaked
4 lbs. raw sweet potatoes (3 1/2 c. cooked)
1 lb. butter
4 eggs
1 3/4 lbs. sugar
1/4 oz. nutmeg
2 oz. flour
2 oz. powdered milk
1/4 lb. light corn syrup
1/4 oz. vanilla

Boil potatoes, when done cut out any dark spots. Cream butter into hot pots. Add eggs and beat well. Add sugar, nutmeg and flour. Mix well. Mix in powdered milk. Add syrup and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
