3 med. sized raw potatoes
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cream
1 egg
1 tsp. salt

Grate sweet potatoes and mix well with other ingredients. Cool by spoonfuls in 1/4 inch hot fat. Turn only once. Serve with applesauce.
