ROAST MOOSE OR CARIBOU | |
3-5 lbs. moose or caribou roast 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. salt Use a 2 1/2 foot length of 18 inch foil; place meat in center. Sprinkle with dry soup mix; dot with butter and sprinkle with salt. Fold foil over; seal tightly. Place on baking sheet and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour per pound. Yield: 6-8 servings. |
