BARBECUE SAUCE FOR BEAR, DEER,
MOOSE
 
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 oz. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke

Marinate meat in sauce overnight in refrigerator.
