GARLIC FLAVORED CROUTONS 
2 c. 3/4 inch cubes, day old French or Italian bread
1/4 c. oil
1 sm. garlic clove, minced

Place garlic in oil and let marinate at least one hour. Heat oil in 12 inch skillet over medium heat. Add bread cubes, stirring frequently until all sides are brown. Transfer to paper towels to drain and cool. Excellent for salads.
