SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. allspice
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. flour
2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
3/4 c. commercial sour cream

Mix first nine ingredients, roll into balls about the size of walnuts. Heat oil in heavy frying pan. Cook meatballs until evenly browned. Remove from pan. Stir the flour into the hot oil in the pan, continue stirring until flour is golden brown. Pour water, in which the bouillon cubes have been dissolved, into pan, stirring constantly. When gravy has thickened reduce heat. Add sour cream and parsley flakes. Serve with noodles. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
