BEEF - MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 chopped onion
Salt to taste
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 lbs. macaroni
1/4 lb. grated cheese

Brown the beef. Add the onion and salt and cook for several minutes longer or until onion is partially cooked. Add both cans of soup. Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water until tender, drain. Add to beef mixture and mix well. Place in casserole dish. Top with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Yields: about 6 servings.
