PECAN POUND CAKE | |
3 c. sugar 1 c. Crisco 1/2 c. butter, softened 5 eggs 3 c. plain flour 1/8 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. pecans Cream sugar, butter and Crisco. Add eggs; mix well. Combine flour, salt and add to cream mixture. Add milk, pecans and vanilla. Bake in 10-inch tube pan at 300 degrees for 2 hours 15 minutes. |
