BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
slices bread
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Tear up 4 slices bread (any kind); place pieces in greased baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inch. Brown and drain 1 pound bulk sausage; drain off fat. Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with 1 cup grated cheese. Beat 6 eggs together with 2 cups milk, 1 teaspoon mustard (dry), 1 teaspoon salt, and dash of pepper. Pour over mix in dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
