MOM'S CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
8 tbsp. butter, melted
16 oz. can creamed corn
16 oz. can whole kernel corn
8 oz. yogurt or sour cream
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve hot. This is a rich, pudding type bread. Serves 8-10.
