YVONNE'S LASAGNE 
1 box lasagne noodles (I use only 12 cooked noodles)
8 oz. ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. parsley flakes
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 lg. jar (qt.) sauce (your own or Prego brand can be used)

Cook noodles and drain. Put 1 cup sauce in bottom of lasagne pan. Next layer noodles, ricotta cheese (mixed with 1 egg and 1/4 cup parsley flakes) and Mozzarella cheese using 1/2 of the ingredients. Put 1/2 sauce over first layer, then start second layer of noodles and cheeses. Cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
