BROCCOLI WITH BACON DRESSING 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 slices bacon, chopped
1/2 c. sliced green onions
3 tsp. red wine vinegar

Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain. Cook bacon over low heat until crisp. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and let stand at room temperature. Just before serving arrange broccoli in dish and add dressing.

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
Salt & pepper
