APPLE ALL BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 packet Sweet 'N Low
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. All Bran cereal
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. oil
1 to 1 1/2 lg. apple, chopped
2 tbsp. applesauce
1/4 to 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

In a large bowl mix cereal, wheat germ, milk, oil, egg, apple, applesauce and Sweet 'N Low. Set aside to soften about (5 to 10 minutes). Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.

Add to cereal mixture and stir just to mix well. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Store in refrigerator to keep fresh (can be warmed in microwave).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
