HUNGARIAN KOROZOT DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
12 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. freeze dried chives
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 sm. yellow onion, finely chopped

Place softened cream cheese in bowl. Add sour cream and mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle a little paprika and chives to top for garnish. Serve with crackers or chips.
