FRENCH DRESSING 
1/2 c. olive oil (or vegetable oil or a combination of both)
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 each dry mustard and paprika

Beat all ingredients together with rotary beater or shake well in a tightly covered jar. Keep in covered jar in refrigerator. If dressing is made ahead of time, it may separate. If so, shake before using.

Makes bout 1/2 cup.

Sweet French Dressing: Add 1 tablespoon 10x sugar or honey.
