CHOCOLATE GRAVY 
1 tbsp. chocolate (heaping for a richer flavor)
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water

Mix dry ingredients in a 1-quart saucepan very well until there are no lumps. Add 1/1 2 cups water. Stir over medium-high heat until it becomes gravy consistency; don't overcook - it becomes very thick. Serve over hot buttered biscuits.
