ORIENTAL SALAD WITH VODKA
DRESSING
 
1 tbsp. oil (olive, sesame, peanut)
1 c. green or red bell pepper chunks
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. pine nuts (pignalla)
2 tbsp. lite soy sauce
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. Vodka
1 c. fresh bean sprouts
Romaine, spinach, cucumbers, zucchini, green peppers, radishes

Tear greens (8-10 cups) into large bowl. Add sliced cucumbers, zucchini, and radishes.

Heat oil; add green and/or red pepper and garlic. Saute 2 minutes. Add water chestnuts and pine nuts. Saute 1 minute. Add soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and vodka. Cool slightly. Spoon over each salad. Serve IMMEDIATELY.
