ORIENTAL SPICY SALAD DRESSING | |
1 inch piece fresh ginger 3 cloves garlic 1 c. oil Juice of 1 lemon 2 tbsp. tamari or soy sauce 2 tbsp. tahini (sesame seed paste) Put ginger and garlic in blender or food processor. Cover with oil and blend to a fine paste. Add remaining oil, lemon juice, tahini, and tamari. Blend again. |
