8 oz. can beets, sliced or juilliene
1 1/2 tsp. butter
3/4 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. orange juice

Melt butter, stir in sugar and cornstarch. Add orange juice and cook until thick. Add drained beets.
