HOT TURKEY OR CHICKEN SALAD 
2 1/2 c. turkey or chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
2 c. celery, cut fine
1 sm. onion, cut fine
1 c. slivered almonds (optional)
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 c. American cheese, cubed
1 c. sliced or canned mushrooms
1/3 c. sliced green stuffed olives
1/8 c. chopped pimento (optional)
2 c. crushed potato chips

Mix all together. Put in 9x13 inch pan. Place potato chips on top. If used hot, just heat through, 15-20 minutes in 400 degree oven. Can be used as a cold salad.
