5-MINUTE BLUEBERRY PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 pts. blueberries
1 9 inch purchased crumb crust (or regular cooked crust)

1. In medium bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch, and 1/2 c. water. Cook on high 2 minutes or until mixture boils 1 minute; mixture should be thick; stir.

2. Stir in blueberries; cook on high 3 minutes, stirring once. Pour into crust.

3. When serving, top with whipped cream, flavored with a dash of cinnamon. Makes 8 servings. Simple to prepare and yummy! (About 215 calories per serving)
