KEY LIME PIE 
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened milk
1/3 c. key lime juice
Graham cracker crust mix
Yellow food coloring
1 lg. Cool Whip topping

Prepare graham cracker crust as per directions, but use only 1 tablespoon of sugar. Freeze for 1 hour.

Have bowls and beater blades cool as well as ingredients. Beat 3 egg whites stiff and store in refrigerator. Beat 3 egg yolks in large bowl. Add 4 drops of yellow food coloring, vanilla, sugar, and sweetened milk. Fold in egg whites and pour in frozen crust. Freeze for at least 1 hour.

Spread one half large Cool Whip topping on pie and sprinkle about 3 tablespoons of graham cracker mix over pie for decoration. Freeze at least one hour before serving. Keep frozen at all times as it will liquify if you let it set out.
