ORANGE - CREAM FRUIT DIP 
Servings: Makes about 32 (2 cups). Preparation Time: About 20 minutes. Chilling Time: About 2 hours.

1 (16 oz.) container light sour cream (2 c.)
2 tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tbsp. orange juice
Strips of orange peel (optional)
Skewered fresh pineapple chunks, orange sections, kiwi slices and strawberries

In medium-sized serving bowl, stir together all ingredients except orange peel strips and fruit. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish dip with strips of orange peel; serve with skewered fresh fruit for dipping.

Per serving (1 tablespoon dip with 1 ounce of fruit) : About 40 calories, 1 gram protein, 7 grams carbohydrates, 1 gram fat, 5 milligrams cholesterol, 10 milligrams sodium.
