1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. dried parsley
Dash of red pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
