APRICOT NOODLE PUDDING 
1/4 lb. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

5 well beaten eggs 1 drop cream or milk 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. dried apricots, cut up 1/2 c. white raisins 3/4 c. sugar 1/8 lb. butter, melted

Bundt pan or 12 cup Jello mold needed. Grease the mold. Put brown sugar mixture in bottom of mold and pat down with fingers. Boil water and add noodles. Mix the rest of the ingredients into mold on top of brown sugar mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Unmold noodle pudding.
