FROZEN LIME MINT MOLD | |
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained (can use pineapple chunks) 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained (same as above) 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello, dry 1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows 1 c. crushed butter mints 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip Combine all but Cool Whip. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Fold in Cool Whip, cover and freeze 6 hours or overnight. Serve on lettuce leaves. Variation: May spoon in cupcake containers, peel off after freezing and then put on a lettuce leaf. |
