SUNDAY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
8 oz. med. egg noodles

Brown meat in butter; stir in tomato sauce. In separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream; add green pepper and onion. Cook noodles; drain.

Make layer of noodles in buttered casserole. Add layer of cheese mixture and then layer of meat. Repeat. Dribble additional butter over top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 8.
