CHICKEN BREAST AND CRESCENT
ROLLS
 
3 chicken breasts
Chives
Pimento
Mushrooms
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cube butter
16 crescent rolls

Boil breasts and cube. Save broth for gravy. Mix in chives, pimento, and mushrooms. Mix together cream cheese and butter over heat, beating well with wire whip. Save a little for top. Use 16 crescent rolls or 2 cans. Flatten and pinch together. Put in a 1/3 cup of filling on each one and make into a square by folding corners together and sealing well. Put a little of the cheese and butter mix on top. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Make gravy to serve over top.
