ANZAC COOKIES 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. 1-minute oatmeal
3/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. boiling water

Mix together flour, sugar, oatmeal, coconut and dump onto greased wax paper and allow to set. In large saucepan, melt butter and corn syrup. Dissolve baking soda in the 2 tablespoons of water and add to saucepan mixture. Add this to dry ingredients on waxed paper. Mix thoroughly. Mixture will be stiff. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
