CABBAGE BEEF SOUP 
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
2 cans beef broth
3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. cabbage
1 med. chopped onion
1 sm. chopped green pepper
2 cans tomatoes
2 cans kidney beans
1 chili mix

Brown ground beef. Drain fat. Chop cabbage and green pepper. Bring broth to boil and add tomato juice. Add chili mix; stir until blended. Add ground beef and kidney beans. Add chopped cabbage, green pepper, onion and tomatoes. Cook until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
