OKRA AND TOMATOES 
1 1/2 c. fresh okra
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. green pepper
3 red, juicy tomatoes
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Cook okra 15 minutes in a little water. Saute peppers and onions in oil. Blend in flour, sugar and seasonings. Add cut up tomatoes and okra. Cook about 30 minutes. Also good if you add some fresh squash.
