PISTACHIO DELIGHT | |
50 Ritz crackers, crumbled 1 stick butter 2 pkgs. pistachio pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 qt. vanilla ice cream 1 sm. can coconut, browned Melt butter. Pour over cracker crumbs and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Mix milk, pudding and vanilla. Fold in ice cream. Let stand for a while. Top with Cool Whip and browned coconut and refrigerate. |
