NORSK HOLIDAY BREAD 
1 pkg. muffin mix
1/4 c. honey
1 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. chopped candied cherries

Follow easy directions of muffin mix package. Add honey and fruit, mixing thoroughly. Let rise; knead on floured surface until smooth, 5-7 minutes.

Divide dough in half and shape into 2 round loaves. Place in well-greased 8- inch layer pan. Punch down center of each loaf with hand to give typical shape. Let rise in warm place until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
