LASAGNE 
2 lb. hamburger
1 clove garlic (diced)
1 sm. onion
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 lb. can whole tomatoes
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt

COTTAGE CHEESE MIXTURE:

3 c. cottage cheese
Beat 2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

2 pkg. mozzarella cheese
10 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked

Brown and drain hamburger. Add ingredients for meat sauce and simmer for 30 minutes, stir occasionally. Mix together ingredients for cottage mixture. Place layer of noodles in a 13 x 9 (greased) pan and put a layer of cottage cheese, mixture, 1/2 of mozzarella cheese and layer of meat sauce. Continue until all is gone. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes before cutting.
