ORANGE/AVOCADO GREEN SALAD 
DRESSING:

Mix following ingredients and refrigerate: 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt pepper 2/3 c. salad oil 3 tbsp. white vinegar 1 sm. clove garlic, minced

At serving time, toss with: 2 fresh oranges, peeled and cut up 2 avocados, peeled and diced

Suggestions: spinach, variety of lettuce.
