HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
2 lb. beef chunk or rump, 1 inch pieces
1 c. sliced onions
1 sm. garlic, minced or powder
3/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
Dash of red pepper
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt
2 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
3 c. homemade or Reame's frozen noodles

Brown beef with onions and garlic. Mix together catsup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, red pepper, brown sugar, salt, paprika, and mustard. Add water, cover and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Thicken with mixture of flour. Cook until tender the noodles in 3 quarts of boiling water. Drain. Pour goulash over cooked noodles. You can also put cubed beef in crock pot on low all day and cook the noodles just before serving.
