PARTY POTATOES 
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed

Combine soups. Add hash browns. Mix thoroughly. Put in an 8"x12" covered pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Remove cover last 15 minutes. Cover with cheese.
