PARTY CHICKEN 
5 to 6 Chicken breasts (boneless & skinless)
10 to 12 slices bacon
Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. dried beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Salt
Pepper

Line 9 x 13-inch pan with dried beef. Cut chicken breasts into 10 to 12 pieces. Wrap chicken with slice of uncooked bacon; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Place on dried beef. Mix soup and sour cream, and spread over chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 1 1/4 hours at 325 degrees. Uncover and bake 45 minutes longer.

(I usually fix rice pilaf with this recipe. Same cooking time and temperature.)
