CHICKEN PIE 
3 c. shredded or diced cooked chicken (I use turkey left-overs)
1/2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables or peas (anything you prefer)
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. (4 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. cornmeal
1 egg
2 c. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Oven 375 degrees. In pan, combine chicken (turkey), 1/2 cup milk, sour cream and soup. Bring to boil. Spoon mixture in ungreased dish. In large bowl, beat remaining 3/4 cup milk, baking mix, cornmeal and egg until almost smooth. Pour over hot chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until top is set and soup bubbles around edge.
