CHEESE GRITS 
1 pkg. roll Kraft jalapeno cheese
1 lb. cheese (regular yellow)
1/2 stick butter
Onion bits to taste
2 c. cooked grits

Cook 2 cups of grits. Add to the grits the jalapeno cheese, yellow cheese, butter and onion bits. When cheese and butter are melted, pour contents into a baking dish. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
