TENDER TIPS 
Bite size pieces tenderloin or other steak
Sliced or whole mushrooms
Garlic salt & pepper to taste
Beef base, 2-3 tbsp.
Cornstarch
Rice or noodles

Saute bite size pieces of tenderloin or any type of steak in oil. Saute mushrooms in butter. Season both with garlic salt and pepper. Remove meat from pan, use drippings and add water (to your liking) and beef base. Bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch and water, add to mixture and thicken to make gravy. Return meat and mushrooms to gravy. Simmer about 30 to 45 minutes and serve over rice or noodles.
