GRANDMA'S CHOP SUEY 
2 lbs. chop suey meat
4 c. celery, cut up
1 c. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt to taste

Brown meat and soy sauce in heavy pan. Add enough water to cover half way. Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour. Add celery, onion and 1 can bean sprouts. Cook a few minutes, then thicken with cornstarch stirred in a little water. Cook for 15 minutes. Serve with cooked rice and chow mein noodles.
