CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 chicken breasts, cooked or leftovers 4 c. cooked rice 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes, drain, chop 7 oz. can green chili peppers (optional) 1 sm. can black olive slices 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1 c. sour cream Layer first 6 ingredients into 2 1/2 quart greased casserole dish. Top with 1/2 sour cream and cheese. Remaining 6 ingredients and the rest of the sour cream and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve. |
