EDNA'S PORK CHOP AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
6 pork chops
1 can chicken broth
4 cups boiling water
3 cups uncooked rice
1 small can tomato sauce
1 cup chopped onions
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 green pepper

Season pork chops and brown on both sides. Put in a baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
