PINA COLADA CAKE 
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
1 c. coconut
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 can cream of coconut Pina Colada mix

ICING:

1 lg. tub Cool Whip
1/2 c. coconut

Mix cake as directions on box, add oil, coconut, vanilla and pineapple into cake batter.

Bake in two cake pans for 30 minutes in 350 degrees oven.

When cake is done, take from oven and prick with fork several times and pour balance of cream of coconut on top. Let cool. Frost with Cool Whip and put coconut on top. Refrigerate 3 hours.
