PINA COLADA CAKE 
1 pkg. white layer cake mix
1 pkg. coconut cream instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 c. flaked coconut

Blend all, except coconut; beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

PINA COLADA ICING:

In medium bowl, combine: 4 oz. instant coconut pudding 1/3 c. rum

Beat until blended; fold in 1 (7 to 9 ounce) container Cool Whip (thawed). Ice cake and sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate any leftover cake.
