MILLION DOLLAR POUND CAKE 
1 lb. butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3/4 c. milk
4 c. plain, sifted flour
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. almond flavoring

Do not substitute for butter. Cream butter for approximately 10 minutes, adding sugar gradually. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add flour alternately with milk and flavorings. Bake in well greased and floured tube or bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Yield: 24 servings.
